Problem with German Company on eBay

I have had a problem with Kawo Tuning, a German company. I won an item they had on eBay. I posted a money order as they didn't take PayPal and the only alternative was a wire transfer that would have cost me 200% more than the item cost.

Anyhow, since I cannot speak German and I am having trouble communicating to them via email, would someone in Germany be willing to give me a hand and ring the company?
